(KJV) Psalm 711

⥃Be My Rock of Refuge
[1] In thee, O Lord, do I2 put my trust: let me3 never be put to confusion. [2] Deliver me in thy4 righteousness, and cause5 me to escape: incline6 thine ear unto me, and save me. [3] Be thou my strong habitation7, whereunto I may continually resort: thou hast8 given commandment to save me; for thou [art] my rock9 and my fortress. [4] Deliver me, O my God, out of the10 hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man. [5] For thou11 [art] my hope, O Lord God: [thou art] my trust12 from my youth. [6] By thee13 have I been holden up from the womb: thou art14 he that took me out of my mother’s bowels: my praise15 [shall be] continually of thee. [7] I am as a wonder16 unto many; but thou [art17] my strong refuge.18192021222324 [8] Let my mouth be filled [with] thy praise [and with] thy honour all the day.25 [9] Cast26 me not off in the time of old age27; forsake me not when28 my strength faileth. [10] For mine enemies speak against me; and they29 that lay wait for30 my soul take31 counsel together, [11] Saying, God32 hath forsaken him: persecute and take him; for [there33 is] none to deliver [him]. [12] O God34, be not far from me: O my God, make35 haste for my help. [13] Let them be36 confounded [and] consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered37 [with] reproach and dishonour that seek my hurt. [14] But38 I will hope continually, and will yet praise39 thee more and more. [15] My mouth40 shall shew forth thy righteousness [and] thy salvation all the day41; for I know42 not the numbers [thereof]. [16] I will go43 in the strength of the Lord God: I will make44 mention of thy righteousness45, [even] of thine only. [17] O God, thou hast46 taught me from my youth: and hitherto47 have I declared thy wondrous works. [18] Now48 also when I am old and grayheaded49, O God, forsake me not; until I50 have shewed thy strength51 unto [this] generation, [and] thy power to every one [that] is to come. [19] Thy righteousness52 also, O God, [is] very high, who hast53 done great things: O God, who [is] like54 unto thee! [20] [Thou], which55 hast shewed me great and sore troubles, shalt quicken56 me again, and shalt bring57 me up again from the depths of the earth. [21] Thou shalt increase58 my greatness, and comfort59 me on every side. [22] I will also praise thee with the psaltery60, [even61] thy truth, O my God: unto thee will I sing with the harp, O thou62 Holy One of Israel. [23] My lips63 shall greatly rejoice when I sing unto thee; and my soul64, which thou hast redeemed. [24] My tongue65 also shall talk of thy righteousness all the day long: for they66 are confounded, for they are brought unto shame, that seek my hurt.
