⥃Walking by the Spirit ^{[ Ezekiel 36:16–38 † Galatians 5:16–26 ]}

[1] [There is] therefore no²w no condemnation to them which are in³ Christ Jesus, who⁴ walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. [2] For⁵ the law of the Spirit⁶ of life in Christ Jesus hath⁷ made me free from⁸ the law of sin and death. [3] For what⁹ the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God¹⁰ sending his own Son in the¹¹ likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin¹², condemned¹³ sin in the flesh: [4] That¹⁴ the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who¹⁵ walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. [5] For they¹⁶ that are after the flesh do mind¹⁷ the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit¹⁸. [6] For to be carnally minded¹⁹ [is] death; but to be spiritually minded²⁰ [is] life and peace. [7] Because the carnal mind²¹ [is] enmity against God: for it²² is not subject to the law of God, neither²³ indeed can be. [8] So then they that²⁴ are in the flesh cannot please²⁵ God. [9] But ye²⁶ are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be²⁷ that the Spirit²⁸ of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is²⁹ none of his. [10] And if Christ³⁰ [be] in you, the body³¹ [is] dead because of sin; but³² the Spirit [is] life³³ because of righteousness. [11] But if the Spirit of him³⁴ that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised³⁵ up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal³⁶ bodies by his Spirit³⁷ that dwelleth³⁸ in you.

⥃Heirs with Christ

[12] Therefore, brethren, we are³⁹ debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. [13] For if ye live⁴⁰ after the flesh, ye shall die: but if⁴¹ ye through⁴² the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. [14] For as many as are led⁴³ by the Spirit of God, they are⁴⁴ the sons of God. [15] For ye have not received the spirit⁴⁵⁴⁶ of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba⁴⁷, Father. [16] The Spirit⁴⁸ itself beareth witness with our⁴⁹ spirit, that we are the children of God: [17] And if children⁵⁰, then heirs; heirs of⁵¹ God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be⁵² that we suffer with [him], that we may be also glorified together.

⥃Future Glory ^{[ 2 Corinthians 5:1–10 ]}

[18] For I reckon⁵³ that the sufferings of this present time [are] not worthy [to be compared] with the glory⁵⁴ which shall be revealed in us. [19] For the earnest⁵⁵ expectation⁵⁶ of the creature waiteth for the manifestation⁵⁷ of the sons of God. [20] For the creature⁵⁸ was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected [the same] in hope, [21] Because⁵⁹ the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious⁶⁰ liberty of the children of God. [22] For we know that the⁶¹ whole creation groaneth⁶² and travaileth in pain together until now. [23] And not only [they], but ourselves also, which have⁶³ the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we⁶⁴ ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting⁶⁵ for the adoption, [to wit], the redemption⁶⁶ of our body. [24] For we are saved⁶⁷ by hope: but hope⁶⁸ that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? [25] But if we hope for that we see not, [then] do we with patience⁶⁹ wait for [it]. [26] Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities⁷⁰: for we⁷¹ know not what we should pray for as we ought: but⁷² the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with⁷³ groanings which cannot be uttered. [27] And he⁷⁴ that searcheth the hearts knoweth⁷⁵ what [is] the mind of the Spirit, because⁷⁶ he maketh⁷⁷ intercession for the saints according⁷⁸ to [the will of] God.

⥃God Works in All Things ^{[ Ephesians 1:3–14 ]}

[28] And we know⁷⁹ that all things work together for good to them⁸⁰ that love God, to them who are the called⁸¹ according to [his] purpose. [29] For whom⁸² he did foreknow, he also⁸³ did predestinate [to be⁸⁴] conformed to the image of his Son, that he might⁸⁵ be the firstborn among many brethren. [30] Moreover⁸⁶ whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called⁸⁷, them he also justified: and whom he justified⁸⁸, them he also glorified. [31] What⁸⁹ shall we then say to these things? If⁹⁰ God [be] for us, who [can be] against us? [32] He that⁹¹ spared not his own Son, but delivered⁹² him up for us all, how⁹³ shall he not with him also freely give us all things? [33] Who⁹⁴ shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s⁹⁵ elect? [It is⁹⁶] God that justifieth. [34] Who⁹⁷ [is] he that condemneth? [It is] Christ⁹⁸ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even⁹⁹ at the right hand of God, who also¹⁰⁰ maketh intercession for us.

⥃More than Conquerors ^{[ Psalms 44:1–26 ]}

[35] Who shall separate¹⁰¹ us from the love of Christ? [shall] tribulation¹⁰², or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? [36] As it is written, For thy¹⁰³ sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep¹⁰⁴ for the slaughter. [37] Nay¹⁰⁵, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him¹⁰⁶ that loved us. [38] For I¹⁰⁷ am persuaded, that¹⁰⁸ neither death, nor¹⁰⁹ life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, [39] Nor¹¹⁰ height¹¹¹, nor depth¹¹², nor any other creature, shall be¹¹³ able to separate us from the love¹¹⁴ of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
