II. [‎שָׁלִישׁ‎] noun [masculine] plural ‎שָֽׁלִשִׁים‎, a (three-stringed ? three-barred? three-corned?) musical instrument, perhaps a sistrum (so ᵑ9), or 'triangle' (RVm: compare Prince^{EB iii. 3228}), 1Sam 18:6 (+ ‎בְּתֻפִּים‎).
