_KJV:
And it came to pass, when the king of Israel had read the letter, that he rent his clothes, and said, [Am] I God, to kill and to make alive, that this man doth send unto me to recover a man of his leprosy? wherefore consider, I pray you, and see how he seeketh a quarrel against me.
_BSB:
When the king of Israel read the letter, he tore his clothes and asked, “Am I God, killing and giving life, that this man expects me to cure a leper? Surely you can see that he is seeking a quarrel with me!”

וַ יְהִ֡י כִּ קְרֹא֩ מֶֽלֶךְ ־ יִשְׂרָאֵ֨ל אֶת ־ הַ סֵּ֜פֶר וַ יִּקְרַ֣ע בְּגָדָ֗י ו וַ יֹּ֙אמֶר֙ הַ אֱלֹהִ֥ים אָ֙נִי֙ לְ הָמִ֣ית וּֽ לְ הַחֲי֔וֹת כִּֽי ־ זֶה֙ שֹׁלֵ֣חַ אֵלַ֔י לֶ אֱסֹ֥ף אִ֖ישׁ מִ צָּֽרַעְתּ֑וֹ כִּ֤י אַךְ ־ דְּעֽוּ ־ נָא֙ וּ רְא֔וּ כִּֽי ־ מִתְאַנֶּ֥ה ה֖וּא לִֽ י ׃
