The Lord GOD hath sworn by his holiness, that, lo, the days shall come upon you, that he will take you away with hooks, and your posterity with fishhooks.

The Lord GOD has sworn by His holiness: “Behold, the days are coming when you will be taken away with hooks, and your posterity with fishhooks.

נִשְׁבַּ֨ע אֲדֹנָ֤י יְהוִה֙ בְּ קָדְשׁ֔וֹ כִּ֛י הִנֵּ֥ה יָמִ֖ים בָּאִ֣ים עֲלֵי כֶ֑ם וְ נִשָּׂ֤א אֶתְ כֶם֙ בְּ צִנּ֔וֹת וְ אַחֲרִיתְ כֶ֖ן בְּ סִיר֥וֹת דּוּגָֽה ׃
