_KJV:
And he shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall reach [even] to the neck; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O Immanuel.
_BSB:
It will pour into Judah, swirling and sweeping over it, reaching up to the neck; its spreading streams will cover your entire land, O Immanuel!

וְ חָלַ֤ף בִּֽ יהוּדָה֙ שָׁטַ֣ף וְ עָבַ֔ר עַד ־ צַוָּ֖אר יַגִּ֑יעַ וְ הָיָה֙ מֻטּ֣וֹת כְּנָפָ֔י ו מְלֹ֥א רֹֽחַב ־ אַרְצְ ךָ֖ עִמָּ֥נוּ אֵֽל ׃ ס
