When a man shall take hold of his brother of the house of his father, [saying], Thou hast clothing, be thou our ruler, and [let] this ruin [be] under thy hand:
_BSB:
A man will seize his brother within his father’s house: “You have a cloak—you be our leader! Take charge of this heap of rubble.”

כִּֽי ־ יִתְפֹּ֨שׂ אִ֤ישׁ בְּ אָחִי ו֙ בֵּ֣ית אָבִ֔י ו שִׂמְלָ֣ה לְ כָ֔ה קָצִ֖ין תִּֽהְיֶה ־ לָּ֑נוּ וְ הַ מַּכְשֵׁלָ֥ה הַ זֹּ֖את תַּ֥חַת יָדֶֽ ךָ ׃
