LXX:
But one shall turn aside to the right [hand], for he shall hunger; and he shall eat of the left, and in no way a man be filled up eating the flesh of his arm.

αλλ΄ εκκλινεί εις τα δεξιά ότι πεινάσει και φάγεται εκ των αριστερών και ου μη εμπλησθήσεται άνθρωπος εσθίων τας σάρκας του βραχίονος αυτού
