LXX Ezra 7:26
_LXX:
And all who ever might not be observing the law of God and the law of the king diligently, judgment will be taken upon him, whether for death, whether to root him out, or to instruct, or to penalize the subsistence, or for prison to lock up.

και πας ος αν μη η ποιών τον νόμον του θεού και τον νόμον του βασιλέως επιμελώς το κρίμα έσται γινόμενον εξ αυτού εάν τε εις θάνατον εάν τε η εκριζώσαι αυτόν η παιδεύσαι η ζημιώσαι τα υπάρχοντα η εις φυλακήν εγκλείσαι
