Now therefore write ye this song for you, and teach it the children of Israel: put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the children of Israel.
_BSB:
Now therefore, write down for yourselves this song and teach it to the Israelites; have them recite it, so that it may be a witness for Me against them.

וְ עַתָּ֗ה כִּתְב֤וּ לָ כֶם֙ אֶת ־ הַ שִּׁירָ֣ה הַ זֹּ֔את וְ לַמְּדָ֥הּ אֶת ־ בְּנֵי ־ יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל שִׂימָ֣הּ בְּ פִי הֶ֑ם לְמַ֨עַן תִּהְיֶה ־ לִּ֜י הַ שִּׁירָ֥ה הַ זֹּ֛את לְ עֵ֖ד בִּ בְנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל ׃
