And Pharaoh said, I will let you go, that ye may sacrifice to the LORD your God in the wilderness; only ye shall not go very far away: intreat for me.

Pharaoh answered, “I will let you go and sacrifice to the LORD your God in the wilderness, but you must not go very far. Now pray for me.”

וַ יֹּ֣אמֶר פַּרְעֹ֗ה אָנֹכִ֞י אֲשַׁלַּ֤ח אֶתְ כֶם֙ וּ זְבַחְתֶּ֞ם לַ יהוָ֤ה אֱלֹֽהֵי כֶם֙ בַּ מִּדְבָּ֔ר רַ֛ק הַרְחֵ֥ק לֹא ־ תַרְחִ֖יקוּ לָ לֶ֑כֶת הַעְתִּ֖ירוּ בַּעֲדִֽ י ׃
