And of the Gadites [these] separated to David into the wilderness, mighty strong men for war, deploying shield and spear, and their faces [were as] faces of lions, and [they were] light as does upon the mountains [going] quickly.

και από του Γαδδί εχωρίσθησαν προς Δαυίδ επί της ερήμου δυνατοί ισχύϊ άνδρες πόλεμον παραταξόμενοι θυρεώ και δόρατι και πρόσωπα λεόντων τα πρόσωπα αυτών και κούφοι ως δορκάδες επί των ορέων τω τάχει
