LXX:
And Naomi said [to] her daughter-in-law, Blessed is the lord, for he abandoned not his mercy with the living and with the ones having died. And Naomi said to her, The man is near to us, of the ones acting as next of kin -- he is of us.

είπε δε Νοομί τη νύμφη αυτής ευλογητός εστι τω κυρίω ότι ουκ εγκατέλιπε το έλεος αυτού μετά των ζώντων και μετά των τεθνηκότων και είπεν αυτή Νοομί εγγίζει ημίν ο ανήρ εκ των αγχιστευόντων ημίν εστι
