A wife of Josiah In 1 Chronicles 3:15, an unnamed wife of King Josiah is mentioned as the mother of his sons Jehoiakim and Zedekiah, who both became kings of Judah after Josiah's death. Josiah, one of Judah's most righteous kings, had multiple wives, as was common for kings at the time. This particular wife gave birth to two sons who played significant roles in the final years of the Kingdom of Judah before the Babylonian exile.
