He it is, who coming after me is preferred before me, whose shoe’s latchet I am not worthy to unloose.
_BSB:
He is the One who comes after me, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie.”

αὐτός ἐστιν ὁ ὀπίσω μου ἐρχόμενος, ὃς ἔμπροσθέν μου γέγονεν· οὗ οὐκ εἰμὶ ἐγὼ ἄξιος ἵνα λύσω αὐτοῦ τὸν ἱμάντα τοῦ ὑποδήματος.
