And he said, The LORD will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.

He said: “The LORD roars from Zion and raises His voice from Jerusalem; the pastures of the shepherds mourn, and the summit of Carmel withers.”

וַ יֹּאמַ֓ר ׀ יְהוָה֙ מִ צִיּ֣וֹן יִשְׁאָ֔ג וּ מִ ירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם יִתֵּ֣ן קוֹל֑וֹ וְ אָֽבְלוּ֙ נְא֣וֹת הָ רֹעִ֔ים וְ יָבֵ֖שׁ רֹ֥אשׁ הַ כַּרְמֶֽל ׃ פ
