For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a future and a hope.

כִּי֩ אָנֹכִ֨י יָדַ֜עְתִּי אֶת ־ הַ מַּחֲשָׁבֹ֗ת אֲשֶׁ֧ר אָנֹכִ֛י חֹשֵׁ֥ב עֲלֵי כֶ֖ם נְאֻם ־ יְהוָ֑ה מַחְשְׁב֤וֹת שָׁלוֹם֙ וְ לֹ֣א לְ רָעָ֔ה לָ תֵ֥ת לָ כֶ֖ם אַחֲרִ֥ית וְ תִקְוָֽה ׃
