Then I went to Euphrates, and digged, and took the girdle from the place where I had hid it: and, behold, the girdle was marred, it was profitable for nothing.
_BSB:
So I went to Perath and dug up the loincloth, and I took it from the place where I had hidden it. But now it was ruined—of no use at all.

וָ אֵלֵ֣ךְ פְּרָ֔תָ ה וָ אֶחְפֹּ֗ר וָֽ אֶקַּח֙ אֶת ־ הָ֣אֵז֔וֹר מִן ־ הַ מָּק֖וֹם אֲשֶׁר ־ טְמַנְתִּ֣י ו שָׁ֑מָּ ה וְ הִנֵּה֙ נִשְׁחַ֣ת הָ אֵז֔וֹר לֹ֥א יִצְלַ֖ח לַ כֹּֽל ׃ פ
