Devise not evil against thy neighbour, seeing he dwelleth securely by thee.

Do not devise evil against your neighbor, for he trustfully dwells beside you.

אַל ־ תַּחֲרֹ֣שׁ עַל ־ רֵעֲ ךָ֣ רָעָ֑ה וְ הֽוּא ־ יוֹשֵׁ֖ב לָ בֶ֣טַח אִתָּֽ ךְ ׃
