_KJV:
Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I remember [that] which Amalek did to Israel, how he laid [wait] for him in the way, when he came up from Egypt.
_BSB:
This is what the LORD of Hosts says: ‘I witnessed what the Amalekites did to the Israelites when they opposed them on their way up from Egypt.

כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ יְהוָ֣ה צְבָא֔וֹת פָּקַ֕דְתִּי אֵ֛ת אֲשֶׁר ־ עָשָׂ֥ה עֲמָלֵ֖ק לְ יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל אֲשֶׁר ־ שָׂ֥ם ל וֹ֙ בַּ דֶּ֔רֶךְ בַּ עֲלֹת֖וֹ מִ מִּצְרָֽיִם ׃
