Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him:

you must not yield to him or listen to him. Show him no pity, and do not spare him or shield him.

לֹא ־ תֹאבֶ֣ה ל֔וֹ וְ לֹ֥א תִשְׁמַ֖ע אֵלָ֑י ו וְ לֹא ־ תָח֤וֹס עֵֽינְ ךָ֙ עָלָ֔י ו וְ לֹֽא ־ תַחְמֹ֥ל וְ לֹֽא ־ תְכַסֶּ֖ה עָלָֽי ו ׃
