LXX Jeremiah 9:3
LXX:
And they stretched tight their tongue as a bow; a lie and no trust grows in strength upon the earth. For they went from evils unto evils, and they knew me not, says [the] lord.

και ενέτειναν την γλώσσαν αυτών ως τόξον ψεύδος και ου πίστις ενίσχυσεν επί της γης ότι εκ κακών εις κακά εξήλθοσαν και εμέ ουκ έγνωσαν φησί κύριος
