LXX Isaiah 33:19
LXX:
A small and great people which did not take advice, nor had beheld a deep voice, so that a people being treated as worthless should not hear, and there is no understanding to the one hearing.

μικρόν και μέγαν λαόν ω ου συνεβουλεύσατο ουδέ ήδει βαθύφωνον ώστε μη ακούσαι λαός πεφαυλισμένος και ουκ έστι τω ακούοντι σύνεσις
