LXX Ecclesiastes 8:17
LXX:
And I beheld all the actions of God, that man shall not be able to find [out] the action being done under the sun. As long as man should make an effort to seek, even he shall not find [it]. And indeed, as long as [the] wise should speak to know [it], he shall not be able to find [it]. For all this I gave to my heart, and my heart beheld all this.
Greek:
και είδον σύμπαντα τα ποιήματα του θεού ότι ου δυνήσεται άνθρωπος του ευρείν συν το ποίημα το πεποιημένον υπό τον ήλιον όσα αν μοχθήση ο άνθρωπος του ζητήσαι και ουχ ευρήσει και γε όσα αν είπη ο σοφός του γνώναι ου δυνήσεται του ευρείν ότι σύμπαν τούτο έδωκα εις καρδίαν μου και καρδία μου σύμπαν είδε τούτο
