Qal Perfect 3 feminine singular ‎אֶלאֱֿלוֺהַּ דָּֽלְפָה עֵינִי‎ Job 16:20 i.e. weeps (drops in tears); ‎דָּֽלְפָה נַפְשִׁי‎ ‎מִתּוּגָה‎ Ps 119:28 i.e. weeps (itself away Che compare De); Imperfect ‎בְּשִׁפְלוּת יָדַיִם יִדְלֹף הַבָּֽיִת׃‎ Eccl 10:18 the house drips, i.e. leaks, because cracks are not mended.
