I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am [he], ye shall die in your sins.
_BSB:
That is why I told you that you would die in your sins. For unless you believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.”
_Greek:
εἶπον οὖν ὑμῖν ὅτι ἀποθανεῖσθε ἐν ταῖς ἁμαρτίαις ὑμῶν· ἐὰν γὰρ μὴ πιστεύσητε ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι, ἀποθανεῖσθε ἐν ταῖς ἁμαρτίαις ὑμῶν.
