Zephaniah 3:16⥂

In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: [and to] Zion, Let not thine hands be slack.

On that day they will say to Jerusalem: “Do not fear, O Zion; do not let your hands fall limp.

בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֔וּא יֵאָמֵ֥ר לִירֽוּשָׁלִַ֖ם אַל־ תִּירָ֑אִי צִיּ֖וֹן אַל־ יִרְפּ֥וּ יָדָֽיִךְ׃
