Thou makest us to turn back from the enemy: and they which hate us spoil for themselves.

You have made us retreat from the foe, and those who hate us have plundered us.

תְּשִׁיבֵ֣נוּ אָ֭חוֹר מִנִּי ־ צָ֑ר וּ֝מְשַׂנְאֵ֗י נוּ שָׁ֣סוּ לָֽ מוֹ ׃
