His heart [is] established, he shall not be afraid, until he see [his desire] upon his enemies.

His heart is assured; he does not fear, until he looks in triumph on his foes.

סָמ֣וּךְ לִ֭בּ וֹ לֹ֣א יִירָ֑א עַ֖ד אֲשֶׁר ־ יִרְאֶ֣ה בְ צָרָֽי ו ׃
