For [God] shall cast upon him, and not spare: he would fain flee out of his hand.

It hurls itself against him without mercy as he flees headlong from its power.

וְ יַשְׁלֵ֣ךְ עָ֭לָי ו וְ לֹ֣א יַחְמֹ֑ל מִ֝יָּד֗וֹ בָּר֥וֹחַ יִבְרָֽח ׃
