[But] if ye shall at all turn from following me, ye or your children, and will not keep my commandments [and] my statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods, and worship them:

But if indeed you or your sons turn away from following Me and do not keep the commandments and statutes I have set before you, and if you go off to serve and worship other gods,

אִם ־ שׁ֨וֹב תְּשֻׁב֜וּ ן אַתֶּ֤ם וּ בְנֵי כֶם֙ מֵֽ אַחֲרַ֔י וְ לֹ֤א תִשְׁמְרוּ֙ מִצְוֹתַ֣י חֻקֹּתַ֔י אֲשֶׁ֥ר נָתַ֖תִּי לִ פְנֵי כֶ֑ם וַ הֲלַכְתֶּ֗ם וַ עֲבַדְתֶּם֙ אֱלֹהִ֣ים אֲחֵרִ֔ים וְ הִשְׁתַּחֲוִיתֶ֖ם לָ הֶֽם ׃
