And Moses called all Israel, and said unto them, Hear, O Israel, the statutes and judgments which I speak in your ears this day, that ye may learn them, and keep, and do them.

Then Moses summoned all Israel and said to them: Hear, O Israel, the statutes and ordinances that I declare in your hearing this day. Learn them and observe them carefully.

וַ יִּקְרָ֣א מֹשֶׁה֮ אֶל ־ כָּל ־ יִשְׂרָאֵל֒ וַ יֹּ֣אמֶר אֲלֵ הֶ֗ם שְׁמַ֤ע יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ אֶת ־ הַ חֻקִּ֣ים וְ אֶת ־ הַ מִּשְׁפָּטִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֧ר אָנֹכִ֛י דֹּבֵ֥ר בְּ אָזְנֵי כֶ֖ם הַ יּ֑וֹם וּ לְמַדְתֶּ֣ם אֹתָ֔ם וּ שְׁמַרְתֶּ֖ם לַ עֲשֹׂתָֽ ם ׃
