And the glory of the LORD abode upon mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days: and the seventh day he called unto Moses out of the midst of the cloud.

and the glory of the LORD settled on Mount Sinai. For six days the cloud covered it, and on the seventh day the LORD called to Moses from within the cloud.

וַ יִּשְׁכֹּ֤ן כְּבוֹד ־ יְהוָה֙ עַל ־ הַ֣ר סִינַ֔י וַ יְכַסֵּ֥הוּ הֶ עָנָ֖ן שֵׁ֣שֶׁת יָמִ֑ים וַ יִּקְרָ֧א אֶל ־ מֹשֶׁ֛ה בַּ יּ֥וֹם הַ שְּׁבִיעִ֖י מִ תּ֥וֹךְ הֶ עָנָֽן ׃
