And Rebekah heard when Isaac spake to Esau his son. And Esau went to the field to hunt [for] venison, [and] to bring [it].
_BSB:
Now Rebekah was listening to what Isaac told his son Esau. So when Esau went into the field to hunt game and bring it back,
_Hebrew:
וְ רִבְקָ֣ה שֹׁמַ֔עַת בְּ דַבֵּ֣ר יִצְחָ֔ק אֶל ־ עֵשָׂ֖ו בְּנ֑וֹ וַ יֵּ֤לֶךְ עֵשָׂו֙ הַ שָּׂדֶ֔ה לָ צ֥וּד צַ֖יִד לְ הָבִֽיא ׃
