LXX Jeremiah 3:21
LXX:
A voice from [the] lips was heard of weeping and supplication of [the] sons of Israel. For they transgressed in their ways; they forgot God their holy one.

φωνή εκ χειλέων ηκούσθη κλαυθμού και δεήσεως υιών Ισραήλ ότι ηδίκησαν εν ταις οδοίς αυτών επελάθοντο θεού αγίου αυτών
