LXX:
And the man Jeroboam [was] strong in power. And Solomon saw the young man that he is a man of works, and he placed him over the tribute of [the] house of Joseph.

και ο άνθρωπος Ιεροβοάμ ισχυρός δυνάμει και είδε Σολομών το παιδάριον ότι ανήρ έργων εστί και κατέστησεν αυτόν επί τας άρσεις οίκου Ιωσήφ
