Israel Circumcised at Gilgal

LXX:
And it came to pass as all the kings heard ([the kings] of the Amorites [who] were on the other side of the Jordan by the sea, and all the kings of Phoenicia by the sea) that [the] lord God to dry up the Jordan river from before the sons of Israel in their passing over, that their thoughts melted away, and they were struck with terror, and there was not among them any one with intellect because of [the] presence of the sons of Israel.

και εγένετο ως ήκουσαν πάντας οι βασιλείς των Αμορραίων οι ήσαν πέραν του Ιορδάνου παρά την θάλασσαν και πάντες οι βασιλείς της Φοινίκης οι παρά την θάλασσαν ότι απεξήρανε κύριος ο θεός τον Ιορδάνην ποταμόν εκ των έμπροσθεν των υιών Ισραήλ εν τω διαβήναι αυτούς και ετάκησαν αι δίανοιαι αυτών και κατεπλάγησαν και ουκ ην εν αυτοίς φρόνησις ουδεμία από προσώπου των υιών Ισραήλ
