LXX Genesis 30:38
LXX:
And he placed the rods which he peeled at the watering troughs of the channels of the water. That whenever the flocks came to drink in front of the rods of those having come to drink, [the rods] should stimulate the flocks at the rods.

και παρέθηκε τας ράβδους ας ελέπισεν εν τοις ληνοίς των ποτιστηρίων του ύδατος ίνα ως αν έλθωσι τα πρόβατα πιείν ενώπιον των ράβδων ελθόντων αυτών εις το πιείν εγκισσήσωσι τα πρόβατα εις τας ράβδους
