⥃Vindicate Me, O LORD

[A Psalm] of David.

[1] Judge2 me, O Lord; for3 I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted4 also in the Lord; [therefore] I shall5 not slide. [2] Examine me, O Lord, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.6 [3] For7 thy lovingkindness [is] before mine eyes: and8 I have walked in thy truth. [4] I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers.9 [5] I have hated10 the congregation of evil doers; and will11 not sit with the wicked. [6] I will wash12 mine hands in innocency: so will13 I compass thine altar, O Lord: [7] That14 I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell15 of all thy wondrous works. [8] Lord16, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where17 thine honour dwelleth. [9] Gather not18 my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men19: [10] In20 whose hands [is] mischief, and their right hand is full of21 bribes22. [11] But as for me, I will23 walk in mine integrity: redeem24 me, and25 be merciful unto me. [12] My26 foot standeth in an even place: in the27 congregations will I bless the Lord.
