And though they go into captivity before their enemies, thence will I command the sword, and it shall slay them: and I will set mine eyes upon them for evil, and not for good.
_BSB:
Though they are driven by their enemies into captivity, there I will command the sword to slay them. I will fix My eyes upon them for harm and not for good.”

וְ אִם ־ יֵלְכ֤וּ בַ שְּׁבִי֙ לִ פְנֵ֣י אֹֽיבֵי הֶ֔ם מִ שָּׁ֛ם אֲצַוֶּ֥ה אֶת ־ הַ חֶ֖רֶב וַ הֲרָגָ֑תַ ם וְ שַׂמְתִּ֨י עֵינִ֧י עֲלֵי הֶ֛ם לְ רָעָ֖ה וְ לֹ֥א לְ טוֹבָֽה ׃
