And I will cut off the inhabitant from Ashdod, and him that holdeth the sceptre from Ashkelon, and I will turn mine hand against Ekron: and the remnant of the Philistines shall perish, saith the Lord GOD.
_BSB:
I will cut off the ruler of Ashdod and the one who wields the scepter in Ashkelon. I will turn My hand against Ekron, and the remnant of the Philistines will perish,” says the Lord GOD.

וְ הִכְרַתִּ֤י יוֹשֵׁב֙ מֵֽ אַשְׁדּ֔וֹד וְ תוֹמֵ֥ךְ שֵׁ֖בֶט מֵֽ אַשְׁקְל֑וֹן וַ הֲשִׁיב֨וֹתִי יָדִ֜י עַל ־ עֶקְר֗וֹן וְ אָֽבְדוּ֙ שְׁאֵרִ֣ית פְּלִשְׁתִּ֔ים אָמַ֖ר אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה ׃ פ
