And thou shalt speak my words unto them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear: for they [are] most rebellious.

But speak My words to them, whether they listen or refuse to listen, for they are rebellious.

וְ דִבַּרְתָּ֤ אֶת ־ דְּבָרַ י֙ אֲלֵי הֶ֔ם אִֽם ־ יִשְׁמְע֖וּ וְ אִם ־ יֶחְדָּ֑לוּ כִּ֥י מְרִ֖י הֵֽמָּה ׃ פ
