Behold, the LORD’S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:

Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor His ear too dull to hear.

הֵ֛ן לֹֽא־ קָצְרָ֥ה יַד־ יְהוָ֖ה מֵֽהוֹשִׁ֑יעַ וְלֹא־ כָבְדָ֥ה אָזְנ֖וֹ מִשְּׁמֽוֹעַ׃
