Behold, the LORD’S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
_BSB:
Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor His ear too dull to hear.
_Hebrew:
הֵ֛ן לֹֽא ־ קָצְרָ֥ה יַד ־ יְהוָ֖ה מֵֽ הוֹשִׁ֑יעַ וְ לֹא ־ כָבְדָ֥ה אָזְנ֖וֹ מִ שְּׁמֽוֹעַ ׃
