This [is] the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth: and this [is] the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.

זֹ֛את הָ עֵצָ֥ה הַ יְּעוּצָ֖ה עַל ־ כָּל ־ הָ אָ֑רֶץ וְ זֹ֛את הַ יָּ֥ד הַ נְּטוּיָ֖ה עַל ־ כָּל ־ הַ גּוֹיִֽם ׃
