Then I saw that wisdom excelleth folly, as far as light excelleth darkness.

And I saw that wisdom exceeds folly, just as light exceeds darkness:

וְ רָאִ֣יתִי אָ֔נִי שֶׁ יֵּ֥שׁ יִתְר֛וֹן לַֽ חָכְמָ֖ה מִן ־ הַ סִּכְל֑וּת כִּֽ יתְר֥וֹן הָ א֖וֹר מִן ־ הַ חֹֽשֶׁךְ ׃
