Rejoice not when thine enemy falleth, and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth:

Do not gloat when your enemy falls, and do not let your heart rejoice when he stumbles,

בִּ נְפֹ֣ל אֽ֭וֹיִבְ ךָ אַל ־ תִּשְׂמָ֑ח וּ֝בִ כָּשְׁל֗וֹ אַל ־ יָגֵ֥ל לִבֶּֽ ךָ ׃
