He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to an idol or swear deceitfully.

נְקִ֥י כַפַּ֗יִם וּֽ בַר ־ לֵ֫בָ֥ב אֲשֶׁ֤ר ׀ לֹא ־ נָשָׂ֣א לַ שָּׁ֣וְא נַפְשִׁ֑י וְ לֹ֖א נִשְׁבַּ֣ע לְ מִרְמָֽה ׃
