In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, [even] into his ears.

In my distress I called upon the LORD; I cried to my God for help. From His temple He heard my voice, and my cry for His help reached His ears.

בַּ צַּר ־ לִ֤י ׀ אֶֽקְרָ֣א יְהוָה֮ וְ אֶל ־ אֱלֹהַ֪י אֲשַׁ֫וֵּ֥עַ יִשְׁמַ֣ע מֵ הֵיכָל֣וֹ קוֹלִ֑י וְ֝שַׁוְעָתִ֗י לְ פָנָ֤י ו ׀ תָּב֬וֹא בְ אָזְנָֽי ו ׃
