He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; [even] of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.

He has raised up a horn for His people, the praise of all His saints, of Israel, a people near to Him. Hallelujah!

וַ יָּ֤רֶם קֶ֨רֶן ׀ לְ עַמּ֡וֹ תְּהִלָּ֤ה לְֽ כָל ־ חֲסִידָ֗י ו לִ בְנֵ֣י יִ֭שְׂרָאֵל עַֽם ־ קְרֹב֗וֹ הַֽלְלוּ ־ יָֽהּ ׃
