וַ תִּכְתֹּ֥ב בַּ סְּפָרִ֖ים לֵ אמֹ֑ר קִֽרְאוּ ־ צ֔וֹם וְ הוֹשִׁ֥יבוּ אֶת ־ נָב֖וֹת בְּ רֹ֥אשׁ הָ עָֽם ׃
